The Grilled Cheese Truck is one in a slew of specialized food trucks surfacing LA streets today. Steph H. and I teamed up for lunch Tuesday, 11/17 when they stopped by LACMA. We tried their Caprese Melt, Cheesy Mac and Rib, the Gruyere with Tomato, the Dessert Melt and their tomato soup. All rather tasty but I imagine due to the lunch hour madness, the sandwiches weren’t as melty as they should’ve been.  And due to said lunch hour madness, Steph and I were able to completely catch up in the 40-minute line.
